Bill Pritchard has over 25 years of experience as a chef, caterer, and restaurateur. After years of hands-on experience as a working chef at many of Seattle's most popular restaurants and neighborhood cafés, Bill went on to open his own dining establishment in 1994. Madison's Café was the jewel of the West Seattle restaurant scene, winning "Best Restaurant" honors in 1996, and was nominated for the prestigious "Mayor's Small Business Award" that same year.
After years of working seven days a week Bill sold the café in 2000 to pursue a more sane lifestyle. Taking a job as a private chef for the Nestle corporation was a very different turn and kept Bill busy for the next few years, before starting his own catering company in 2003.
Mosaic Catering started as a small family business and has grown to a full service catering operation serving the entire Puget Sound area. Bill currently lives with his wife and business partner, Nancy, in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley. When he's not in the kitchen Bill enjoys paragliding, travel, playing guitar and tennis, dinning out and good friends!
